Fairfax Tasting Menu Dinner

Well what can we say about this event? Only that we’ve been begged and pleaded to host this style of evening for such a long time… Well here goes! Come and join us for a 6 course dinner, with a special menu devised to bring out the very best of flavours from the local area, highlighting seasonality as well as complementing the Fairfax Spirit that will be served alongside each dish. The Fairfax Spirit will be in various forms, either a cocktail, perfect serve or on the rocks. However we feel the drink fits the dish.
