Fairfax Cocktail Masterclass, a hands on evening!

Have you ever wanted to be a mixologist and shake your own cocktail? Well tonight you can be just that, Kelly will demonstrate how to make 3 of our most popular Fairfax cocktails, from there guests will be ask to come up to the cocktail bar and follow Kelly’s lead and make them for your table… each guest will get the chance to shake at least one cocktail if not more. If you’d prefer just to sit, watch and drink the cocktails without the hands on element you are more than welcome!
