Small Batch Artisan Rhubarb & Quince Pink Gin, a unique gin using 15 botanicals and fruit from the local area that has been lovingly distilled including, Yorkshire Rhubarb & local Quince, we have also used the elegant Blue Pea Flower in our recipe that creates a little bit of magic- our ‘pink’ Gin is naturally blue in the bottle but once you add tonic it alters the colour to Pink!

The Perfect Serve

The aromas of the Gin are fruity with the taste on the palate a great balance of fruit and floral, a wonderful match with tonic and a little apple to garnish.
