DESCRIPTION:Begin your session in our distilling room where we introduce you to Mary\, our beautiful still\, from there we will talk you through the history of distilling and its various styles and methods used within the spirits industry. \nYou’ll then head into our Blending Room where we will explain and demonstrate how to taste our fantastic range of distillates. This is where the fun begins! The idea is you pick around a dozen of your favourite flavours from our collection of over 70\, ranging from fruits\, berries\, flowers\, spices\, tropical fruits and herbs. And from these you create your own recipe for the three drinks you are going to create\, you will get to create your personalised Gin\, Rum and Vodka. Once you are happy with your newly created spirit\, you then head over to the bar and pick your mixer of choice and a garnish to suit. During the session we will bring out a grazing board for you to nibble on\, so please advise of any dietary requirements. \nFrom your 3 drinks that you have created you are more than welcome to pick your favourite and for an extra cost we can create you a 70cl bottle of your unique recipe with a fully personalised label which you’ll get to take home with you. \nThis is an interactive hands-on experience for every guest\, chatting and light hearted banter is expected.
